Relationship Manager

• Sales & Acquisition: Generate new leads, meet monthly disbursement targets, and cross-sell related financial products (e.g., insurance, credit cards).
• Channel Management: Cultivate and manage networks with builders, developers, and Direct Sales Agents (DSAs) to secure a steady pipeline of prospective borrowers.
• End-to-End Processing: Guide customers through the home loan application, verification, underwriting, and final disbursement stages.
• Customer Service & Retention: Act as the dedicated point of contact, ensuring quick query resolution and a seamless home-buying experience to minimize application drop-offs.
• Collaboration: Coordinate closely with internal credit, legal, and technical teams to assess property valuations and finalize loan agreementsRole & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: 1 to 5 years of proven experience in mortgage sales, direct marketing, or consumer banking.
• Education: Graduate or postgraduate degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Key Skills: Deep knowledge of mortgage policies, interest rates, and local real estate markets. Excellent negotiation, networking, and communication skills are highly critical
