Relationship Manager

Job Overview

• Role: Relationship Manager (Direct Sales Channel)
• Core Focus: Direct field sales, lead conversion, and customer relationship management
• Reporting To: Sales Manager / Branch Head
• Travel Requirements: Extensive field travel required daily

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Field Meetings: Schedule and conduct at least 2 to 3 face-to-face meetings daily with prospective or existing clients to pitch products.

• Lead Conversion: Meet with warm leads provided by the companys internal channels and convert them into sales.
• Field Sales Execution: Travel within assigned territories to meet clients at their homes, offices, or designated locations.
• Needs Analysis: Assess client requirements on the field and recommend tailored financial or product solutions.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales volume and revenue targets.
• Client Retention: Handle on-ground customer service, manage renewals, and build long-term loyalty through regular physical touchpoints.

• Vehicle Ownership: Must own a two-wheeler (bike/scooter) with a valid driving license for daily field travel.
• Field Availability: High comfort level with being out in the field for the majority of the working day.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: Bachelors degree in any discipline.
• Experience: 1 to 3+ years in field sales, direct sales, or customer-facing roles (experience in Banking, Insurance, or Telecom is a plus).
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with fluency in English and the local regional language.
• Sales Drive: Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient in a high-pressure sales environment.
