Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for achieving business targets set for self from the allotted customer base.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with allotted clients through proactive advisory and prompt support services.
• Provide clients with high-quality service and ensure timely resolution of their queries and requirements.
• Promote the company's products and services to existing and prospective clients.
• Ensure that all quality parameters are met and the required TAT (Turnaround Time) for responding to customers is maintained.
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable product information and service support.
• Promote and cross-sell the company's financial products, including:
• Equity
• Derivatives
• Commodity
• Mutual Funds (MF)
• PMS
• PAS
• Debt Products
• Insurance
• Ensure that all cross-selling products available at the branch are actively marketed, irrespective of their weightage in the goal sheet or incentive policy.
• Be responsible for systematic trading, collections, and risk management for clients mapped under the RM.
• Ensure systematic trading, collections, and risk-related activities are executed effectively at the micro level for mapped clients.
• Identify opportunities to increase client engagement, business volumes, and product penetration.
• Maintain regular contact with clients and provide timely market/product-related support as per company guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure timely completion of required documentation and processes.
