Relationship Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the insurance industry, preferably with experience in Motor Insurance or General Insurance, and should have 2-5 years of experience.

• Managing and leading a team of financial advisors/agents to achieve business goals.
• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
• Providing training and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and performance.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in Agency Channel.
