Relationship Manager

We are looking for a skilled Relationship Manager with 2 to 7 years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in Motor Insurance or General Insurance, and a strong background in Agency Channel. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills and be able to manage a team of financial advisors/agents.

• Recruit and manage a team of financial advisors/agents to achieve business goals.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Provide training and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business plans.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in Motor Insurance or General Insurance.
• Proven track record of success in Agency Channel.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong relationship building with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
