Relationship Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to lead our team of financial advisors/agents. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the agency channel, preferably with experience in motor insurance or general insurance.

• Recruit and manage a team of financial advisors/agents to achieve business goals.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business plans.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in relationship management, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Strong knowledge of agency channel operations and sales strategies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience in managing and developing high-performing teams is an added advantage.
