KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Business Development & LAP Sales

• Drive Mass LAP / Prime LAP business

• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly targets

• Achieve login, sanction, and disbursement targets

• Develop new business opportunities

• Maintain a strong and consistent business pipeline

B. High-Ticket Business

• Source LAP cases of ₹50 Lakhs and above

• Handle high-ticket customer profiles

• Manage cases with preferred average ticket sizes of ₹1 Crore – ₹1.5 Crore

• Develop relationships with high-value borrowers and business customers

C. DSA Channel Management

• Build, activate, and manage a strong DSA network

• Develop relationships with connectors and channel partners

• Drive consistent business flow through DSAs

• Monitor DSA productivity and business performance

• Identify new DSAs and market sources

D. Customer Acquisition

• Identify eligible borrowers

• Understand customer funding requirements

• Assess customer business and financial requirements

• Develop long-term customer relationships

• Generate repeat and referral business

E. Preliminary Case Assessment

• Conduct preliminary assessment of customer profiles

• Understand business requirements before login

• Review initial documentation

• Assess basic case eligibility before submission

• Ensure quality cases are sourced for login

F. Internal Coordination

• Coordinate with Credit teams

• Coordinate with Operations teams

• Coordinate with Legal teams

• Coordinate with Technical teams

• Coordinate with Disbursement teams

• Ensure timely movement and closure of cases

G. Conversion Management

• Track cases from login to sanction

• Follow up on documentation requirements

• Monitor cases through sanction and disbursement

• Improve case conversion ratios

• Identify and resolve case-level bottlenecks

H. Market Intelligence

• Monitor local LAP market trends

• Track competitor products and policies

• Monitor interest-rate movements

• Understand DSA payout structures

• Identify emerging business opportunities

• Maintain strong knowledge of the local secured-lending market

I. Portfolio Quality & Compliance

• Source quality LAP business

• Follow credit and risk parameters

• Ensure ethical sourcing practices

• Maintain documentation quality

• Follow company compliance policies

• Support healthy portfolio quality

J. Performance

• Consistently achieve assigned business targets

• Maintain strong login, sanction, and disbursement performance

• Demonstrate consistent performance-linked incentive earnings
