Role & responsibilities
- Work on Interested leads provided by the company
- Meet customers in person to understand their insurance needs
- Explain and recommend suitable insurance plans
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Visit and connect with referrals and potential customers to generate new leads
- Achieve targets and earn unlimited incentives
Preferred candidate profile
- Minimun Qualification: 12th pass
- Language: Marathi Mandatory
- 6 months of experience in sales or related roles
- Strong communication skills
