Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and acquire customers for Home Loan and LAP.
• Source business through DSAs, connectors, builders, property dealers, references and direct/open-market activities.
• Meet prospective customers and understand their loan requirements.
• Explain loan products, eligibility, documentation, pricing and repayment process.
• Collect and verify customer documents and initiate loan applications.
• Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal and Technical teams.
• Follow up with customers from login sanction disbursement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
• Achieve monthly sales, login and disbursement targets.
• Conduct market visits and identify new business opportunities.
