Relationship Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage relationships with existing clients to identify their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by upselling/cross-selling general insurance products.

Job Requirements :

• 1-3 years of experience in insurance broking or related field.
• Strong understanding of general insurance products and broking channels.
• Excellent communication skills for building strong client relationships.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
