Job Description

PolicyBazaar.com is looking for dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Service team. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the voice of PolicyBazaar, assisting customers with their queries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit customers, shops, offices, or businesses directly.
• Explain products or services face-to-face.
• Present the companys product/service clearly.
• Understand customer needs and recommend the right solution.
• Close sales and achieve targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Follow up regularly for repeat business and customer satisfaction.
