Eligibility

• Graduate candidates
• Male/Female candidates
• Banking or Insurance Sales experience mandatory
• Freshers are not eligible
• Age: 20–31 years
• Excellent English communication skills
• BPO/Calling experience preferred
• No employment gap of more than 6 months

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls for insurance sales.
• Explain insurance products, features, and benefits to customers.
• Generate leads and acquire new customers.
• Achieve assigned sales targets.
• Follow up with prospective customers.
• Maintain customer records and update call details.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Salary & Benefits

• Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives
• Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
• 6 Weekly Offs per Month – 4 Sundays + 2 Saturdays
