Position: Relationship Manager / Sales Officer Home Loan

Experience: Minimum 6 months in Home Loan, LAP, Mortgage Loan, Housing Finance, or related BFSI sales
Qualification: Any Graduate / MBA preferred
Salary: Up to 3.70 LPA + Attractive Incentives

Job Responsibilities

• Generate leads for Home Loans and LAP through DSA, connectors, builders, references, and market visits.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and channel partners.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
• Handle the complete sales process from lead generation to loan disbursement.
• Collect and verify required customer and property documents.
• Coordinate with credit, operations, legal, and technical teams for timely processing.
• Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with customers and business partners.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and KYC requirements.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 6 months of experience in Home Loan / LAP / Mortgage / Housing Finance sales.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Strong sales and business-development approach.
• Knowledge of the local market and customer segment.
• Willingness to travel for field sales.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
