Relationship Manager

Role & Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential MSME/business clients seeking collateral-free loans and financing solutions.
• Conduct end-to-end inside sales operations, including cold calling, lead qualification, and customer follow-ups.
• Guide clients through the loan application process, document collection, and verification requirements.
• Maintain regular sales support and coordination between applicants and the underwriting team to ensure smooth loan processing.
• Achieve monthly business development targets and contribute to revenue growth.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience: 13 years in Telesales, Inside Sales, or Business Development within financial services, fintech, or loan disbursement sectors.
• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
• Knowledge: Sound understanding of loan products, documentation procedures, and customer onboarding processes.Role & responsibilities
