Relationship Manager

Experience: Fresher / 01 Year

Role & Responsibilities:

• Generate new business through field sales and customer meetings.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Explain and promote suitable Life Insurance products.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Conduct regular market visits and identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain proper customer and sales records.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Fresher candidates are welcome.
• Basic knowledge of Life Insurance preferred.
• Must be comfortable with field sales and travelling.
• Good communication, convincing and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, target-oriented and willing to learn.

Key Requirement: Candidates should be comfortable with field sales and have basic knowledge/interest in Life Insurance.
