Job Description

We are hiring Relationship Managers for Motilal Housing Finance to drive business for Home Loan and LAP products.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through open market and field sales activities.
• Acquire new customers for Home Loan and LAP products.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to disbursement.
• Develop relationships with customers, DSAs, connectors and channel partners.
• Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
• Collect and verify customer documents and coordinate with credit/operations teams.
• Follow up on leads and ensure timely conversion.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide post-sales support.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and KYC requirements.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Home Loan, LAP, Housing Finance, NBFC or banking sales.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer acquisition and field-sales skills.
• Target-oriented and willing to work in an open-market sales environment.
• Graduation preferred.
