Relationship Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage relationships with existing clients to identify their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and referrals.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate value to customers.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by consistently meeting client expectations and delivering exceptional service.

Job Requirements :

• 1-8 years of experience in branch banking, preferably in home loan sales or related field.
• Strong knowledge of home loans, personal loans, credit cards, insurance products, etc. .
• Excellent communication skills for building rapport with clients at all levels.
