Relationship Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager with 2 to 7 years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in Motor Insurance or General Insurance. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in agency channel management and team leadership.

Roles and Responsibility

• Managing and leading a team of financial advisors/agents to achieve business goals.
• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
