We are looking for a motivated sales professional to join our Motor Insurance Agency Channel team in Kolkata. The role involves driving motor insurance business through agency partners, managing sales activities, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive motor insurance sales through the agency channel.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
• Monitor team performance and support business growth.
• Recruit, train, and guide insurance advisors/agents.
• Ensure timely reporting and adherence to company processes.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience in Motor Insurance, General Insurance, Agency Channel, or Insurance Sales.
• Good communication and relationship-management skills.
• Target-oriented and comfortable working in a sales environment.
• Team-handling experience will be an added advantage.
