Relationship Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage relationships with existing clients to identify their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
• Process loan applications, conduct credit checks, and make lending decisions in accordance with company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and portfolio performance.

Job Requirements :

• 2-4 years of experience in secured loan processing or related field (LAP/Mortgage Loans).
• Strong understanding of LAP (Loan Against Property) products and mortgage loans.
• Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with clients.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting sales targets.
