Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with existing clients to identify their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
  
• Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
  
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of banking products such as loans, insurance sales, cross sales, field sales, casa sales, and financial products.
  
• Meet or exceed monthly targets for sales performance metrics like number of leads generated, conversion rates, etc.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
