Job Description

We are hiring Relationship Managers Retail Sales for our financial services business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Acquire new customers and generate business through sales activities.
• Understand customer financial and investment requirements.
• Promote suitable financial and investment products to customers.
• Achieve assigned sales, revenue and business targets.
• Generate leads through referrals, networking and other channels.
• Cross-sell and upsell relevant financial products.
• Maintain a strong customer relationship and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Build and manage a portfolio of retail clients.
• Follow company policies and maintain proper documentation and compliance.

Candidate Profile:

• Candidates with experience in Retail Sales / Relationship Management / Financial Services / Banking / Broking / Wealth Management will be preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and customer-handling ability.
• Target-oriented with good business development skills.
• Willingness to attend the walk-in interview in Kochi.
