Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and promote Busbar Trunking solutions across industrial, commercial, and residential segments to achieve business growth.
• Generate new business opportunities by conducting market research, developing leads, and expanding the customer base.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers (RMs) to support field sales activities and close high-value business opportunities.
• Conduct regular product and sales training for the technical team and Relationship Managers to enhance product knowledge and selling capabilities.
• Achieve sales, Gross Profit (GP), and inventory turnover targets through effective commercial planning and stock management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with principal brand partners while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction through prompt issue resolution.
• Ensure timely payment collections, accurate documentation, and smooth order execution while maintaining operational and commercial excellence.
