Relationship Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage relationships with existing clients to identify their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of retail liabilities, CASA sales, and other banking products.
• Meet or exceed monthly targets for sales performance.

Job Requirements :

• 1-7 years of experience in retail banking or related field.
• Strong knowledge of retail liabilities, CASA sales, and other banking products.
• Excellent communication skills for building strong client relationships.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
