Relationship Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with existing clients to identify their financial goals and provide tailored investment solutions.
  
• Conduct field sales activities such as visiting clients, understanding their needs, and selling insurance products.
  
• Develop new business opportunities by identifying potential customers and building relationships through outside sales efforts.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  
• Meet or exceed monthly targets for sales performance.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-6 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales, banking sales, casa sales, direct sales, field sales, field work, insurance sales or related fields.
  
• Strong understanding of financial markets and products (insurance).
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective relationship management with clients.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
  

Requirements

Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Tamil communication skills preferred/required for market.
- Willingness to work in a field-sales environment.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred/required as per business requirement.
- Candidates with experience in BFSI, insurance, banking, telecom or direct sales will have an added advantage.
