Relationship Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage relationships with existing clients to identify their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Process housing loans, LAP (Loan Against Property), mortgage applications from start to finish.
• Conduct thorough credit checks on borrowers using various databases and tools.
• Ensure timely disbursement of funds to approved borrowers while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements :

• 2-4 years of experience in the banking industry, preferably in secured lending products such as housing loans, LAP, or mortgages.
• Strong understanding of regulatory guidelines governing secured loans in India.
• Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and negotiation.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
