Role Overview

The RM will speak with RWAs, Apartment Associations, and Society Office Bearers to get permission for brand activation campaigns in residential societies.

Key Responsibilities

• Call RWAs and society representatives to get campaign permissions.
• Explain the campaign, commercials, and execution plan.
• Build relationships and regularly follow up until permission is received.
• Handle customer objections and negotiate to get approvals.
• Maintain society contact details, approvals, and documents in the CRM.
• Coordinate with Business, Operations, and Execution teams.
• Achieve daily calling, follow-up, and approval targets.

Eligibility

• Graduate / Post Graduate.
• 1–4 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, Customer Retention, Relationship Management, or Client Servicing.
• Good customer handling, negotiation, objection handling, and relationship-management skills.
• Excellent English and Hindi communication.
• Comfortable working with targets and basic Excel/Google Sheets.
