• The Telecalling Expert is responsible for engaging potential and existing clients over the phone to explain, pitch, and sell retail financial productsspecifically Health Insurance, Motor/Vehicle Insurance, and Mutual Funds (SIPs and lump-sum investments). The role focuses on understanding client financial needs, handling objections, guiding buyers through digital onboarding, and meeting monthly sales targets.
