Relationship Manager

Job Description:

We are hiring Relationship Managers for Aditya Birla Capital Limited for the LAP (Loan Against Property) DSA Channel in Pune.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate business through the DSA channel for Loan Against Property products.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with DSA partners and intermediaries.
• Source and generate LAP leads and ensure achievement of business targets.
• Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to loan disbursement.
• Coordinate with credit, operations and other internal teams for smooth processing.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with customers and DSA partners.
• Ensure quality sourcing and adherence to company policies and processes.
• Identify new DSA partners and expand the business network in the assigned location.

Candidate Requirements:

• Candidates must have relevant experience in NBFCs.
• Prior experience in LAP / Loan Against Property is mandatory/preferred.
• Experience in DSA Channel / DSA Sales is required.
• Good understanding of the secured lending market.
• Strong communication, relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented and comfortable with field sales/business development.
