Relationship Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with existing clients to identify their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
  
• Conduct field sales visits to promote banking products such as credit cards, loans, insurance, etc.
  
• Develop new business opportunities through direct marketing efforts and generate leads for various financial services.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM software.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-6 years of experience in B2C Sales or related fields like Direct Sales, Field Sales, or Banking Sales.
  
• Strong understanding of General Insurance Sales (health & life), Health Insurance Sales, Insurance Sales, Direct Marketing principles.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.
  

Requirements


- Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Tamil communication skills preferred/required for market
- Willingness to work in a field-sales environment.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred/required as per business requirement.
- Candidates with experience in BFSI, insurance, banking, telecom or direct sales will have an added advantage.
