Position: Relationship Manager (RM)

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business through direct/open-market sourcing of Home Loan and LAP customers.
• Identify potential customers and generate leads through DSA, connectors, references and other channels.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to login and disbursement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, DSAs and channel partners.
• Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable Home Loan/LAP solutions.
• Collect and verify required customer documents and coordinate with credit and operations teams.
• Follow up on cases to ensure timely login, sanction and disbursement.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales and disbursement targets.
• Maintain regular follow-up with existing customers and generate referral business.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, KYC and compliance requirements.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Home Loan and/or LAP sales.
• Candidates with experience in mortgage/retail asset sales will be preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Home Loan and LAP products and the local market.
• Experience in direct sourcing and DSA/connector channel management.
• Good communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills.
• Strong sales orientation and target-driven approach.
• Candidates should be comfortable with field sales and customer meetings.
