Relationship Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a portfolio of current accounts, retail liabilities, and HNI clients to achieve business targets.
• Identify new opportunities for CASA (Current Account Savings Account) acquisition and drive growth through effective sales strategies.
• Develop strong relationships with existing customers to increase wallet share and cross-sell products such as TPP (Third Party Products).
• Acquire CASA and liability accounts through cold calling, market references, and walk-ins.
• Drive cross-selling of banking products and services to existing and new customers.
• Promote and sell third-party financial products including life insurance, health insurance, and mutual fund SIPs.
• • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined in the performance scorecard.
  • Ensure growth in customer base and deepening of existing relationships through effective portfolio management.
  • Manage and grow the banking and investment relationships of High Net Worth (HNI) clients under their portfolio.
  • Increase CASA balances in the assigned portfolio through deepening existing relationships and acquiring new-to-bank (NTB) customers.
  • Drive overall growth in liabilities and investment products within the HNI segment.
  • Capture and maximize business opportunities through detailed client profiling in line with organizational processes (CRM).
  • Develop and expand customer relationships for both liability and retail asset products.
  • Inform clients about new products and enhancements to deepen and broaden banking relationships.
  • Ensure portfolio profitability by cross-selling and up-selling across the Bank’s product suite.

Job Requirements :

• 2-10 years of experience in retail branch banking or similar role.
• Strong understanding of current account sales, portfolio management, and HNI client handling.
• Proven track record of achieving business targets through effective relationship building and sales execution.
