Job Summary:

We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented professionals for the role of Relationship Manager Field Sales Executive. In this role, you will meet customers in person, understand their insurance requirements, recommend suitable products, and help them make informed financial decisions.

This is a field-based, target-driven role that combines customer relationship management, consultative selling, and territory management.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and acquire new customers through leads, references, and natural market.

Conduct face-to-face meetings to understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.

Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.

Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Up sell and cross-sell insurance products to existing customers.

Provide post-sales support, including policy issuance and servicing.

Maintain customer records and follow up on pending cases.

Collaborate with managers to develop effective sales strategies.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and policy persistency.

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Insurance, Banking, BFSI, Loan Sales, or Financial Services.

Graduate in any discipline.

Comfortable with field sales and target-based work.

Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving licence.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Role Expectations

6-day working week.

One fixed weekly off (MondayFriday).

Daily travel within assigned territory (approximately 50km).

Minimum 3 successful customer meetings per day (subject to lead availability).
