Job Overview

Motilal Oswal Home Finance is hiring Relationship Managers for customer acquisition and home loan business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through open market, references, builders, DSAs and other channels.
• Acquire new customers and achieve monthly business targets.
• Handle customer relationships and support them throughout the loan process.
• Coordinate with Credit and Operations teams for smooth loan processing.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Candidates with any BFSI sales experience can apply.
• Home Loan / LAP / Loan Sales candidates will be given first preference.
• Candidates from Banking, Insurance, CASA, Personal Loan, Business Loan, etc. can also apply.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to work in field/open-market sales.
