Key Responsibilities

• Generate and acquire customers for Loan Against Property (LAP) products.
• Generate leads through field visits, references, local market sourcing, and business networks.
• Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable LAP solutions.
• Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to disbursement.
• Collect and verify customer and property-related documents.
• Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal, and other internal teams.
• Follow up with customers for application, sanction, and disbursement.
• Build relationships with customers, DSAs, brokers, and referral partners.
• Achieve monthly sales, login, sanction, and disbursement targets.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant LAP Loan experience is mandatory.
• Experience in Banks / NBFCs / Housing Finance / Financial Services preferred.
• Good knowledge of LAP products, property documentation, eligibility, and loan processes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer-handling and sales skills.
• Comfortable with field sales and customer visits.
• Age below 32 years.

Salary

Up to 4.6 LPA
Based on experience and interview performance.
