Relationship Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Relationship Manager – Leisure Home Sales to drive sales of premium/second-home properties and develop strong relationships with HNI, UHNI and NRI clients.

Responsibilities

• Acquiring HNI / UHNI clients for 2nd home sales.
• Generating Revenue by promoting 2nd Home properties
• Networking and cultivating a good relationship with the clients.
• Must have a strong HNI/NRI/UHNI connect.
• Build Channel Sales with Wealth Management as our preferred Channel Partners
• Identify new business opportunities and expansion of existing relationships
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with HNIs to increase sales revenue through reference sales.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service and resolve client queries efficiently.
• Ensure effective communication with clients regarding product offerings and market trends.
• Drive HNI/Super HNI wealth business through client acquisition and Channel Sales.

Qualifications

• MBA with 6+ years of experience in: Wealth Sales, Affluent Banking, Luxury Sales, Gems & Jewellery, High-value product sales.
• Strong track record of HNI / Super HNI / NRI client acquisition.
• Strong communication, relationship-management and business-development skills.
• Experience in building and managing channel partnerships will be an advantage.

Location- Kolkata, Dhanbad, Asansol and Guwahati
