Role Description The Relationship Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Varanasi. In this role, the Relationship Manager will manage and grow client relationships, primarily by understanding clients investment goals, recommending suitable products, and supporting them in using Share India's trading and investment platforms. The individual will handle client onboarding, resolve queries, provide regular portfolio updates, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams, monitoring client accounts, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling services, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions and feedback. The Relationship Manager will contribute to business growth by acquiring new clients, retaining existing ones, and promoting Share India's products and services in alignment with company guidelines.
Qualifications

• Client relationship management and customer service skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term partnerships.
• Basic understanding of financial markets, trading platforms, and investment products; prior experience in broking or financial services is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including active listening, clear presentation abilities, and professional phone and email etiquette.
• Sales and business development skills, such as prospecting, negotiation, and converting leads into active clients.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple client accounts, follow up on queries, and meet performance targets.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office applications, and digital channels to manage client data and prepare reports.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications in securities or investment advisory are an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Varanasi, with a proactive and ethical approach aligned with Share India's customer-centric values.
