Relationship Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage relationships with existing clients to identify their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Process loan applications, conduct credit checks, and make lending decisions in accordance with company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and loan documents using LAP (Loan Accounting Package) software.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities for other bank products and services to increase revenue growth.

Job Requirements :

• 1-10 years of experience in home loans or mortgage loans industry.
• Strong understanding of housing finance regulations and guidelines.
• Proficiency in processing complex financial transactions using LAP software.
