Job Overview

Motilal Oswal Home Finance is looking for Relationship Managers to drive home loan business through customer acquisition, lead generation, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through open market, references, builders, DSAs and other channels.
• Acquire new customers and achieve monthly business targets.
• Handle customer relationships and guide them through the loan process.
• Coordinate with Credit, Operations and other teams for smooth loan processing.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience in BFSI Sales preferred.
• Candidates from Home Loan / LAP / Loan Sales background will be given first preference.
• Candidates from other BFSI sales profiles such as Banking, Insurance, CASA, Personal Loan, Business Loan, etc. can also apply.
• Good communication, sales and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to work in field/open-market sales.
