Relationship Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Connect with inbound leads generated through digital and offline marketing campaigns.

• Understand customer requirements for weddings, social events, corporate events, and other celebrations.
• Qualify leads by gathering event details including guest count, budget, location, and dates.
• Recommend suitable banquet venues.
• Build relationships through timely follow-ups.
• Coordinate qualified leads with property sales teams.
• Schedule and drive venue visits (recces).
• Track leads through the sales funnel and update CRM.
• Resolve customer queries with internal teams.
• Share daily pipeline and conversion updates.
• Achieve lead conversion and customer satisfaction targets.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 25 years of experience in Inside Sales, Tele Sales, CRM, Hospitality, or Banquet/Event Sales.

• Excellent English & Hindi communication skills.

• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection handling.

• Customer-centric with relationship-building skills.

• Comfortable with CRM systems and Microsoft Excel.

• Strong ownership and attention to detail.
