Relationship Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage relationships with existing clients to identify their financial goals and provide personalized investment solutions.
• Conduct field sales visits to meet new potential clients, build rapport, and present investment opportunities.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities within existing client base through upselling and cross-selling of insurance products.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and performance reports.
• Banca channel with multiple banks

Job Requirements :

• 1-6 years of experience in banking or finance industry.
• Strong understanding of insurance products and services.
• Excellent communication skills for effective relationship management.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
