• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong rapport with clients at all levels.
  
• Strong understanding of general insurance concepts including health insurance and motor insurance.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of productivity.
  
• 1-4 years of experience in relationship management or a related field (insurance industry preferred).
