Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs), Non-Resident Indians (NRIs), and other high-end clients to drive sales growth.
  
• Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research to expand the client base.
  
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client needs, preferences, and expectations to provide tailored solutions.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams such as operations, finance, and legal to ensure seamless execution of transactions.
  
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive real estate landscape.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 6-10 years of experience in HNI/Luxury Sales or related fields like Property Sales or Residential Sales.
  
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently over time.
  
• Strong knowledge of luxury properties including apartments, villas, farmhouses etc., their features & amenities.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong rapport with high net worth individuals.
