Relationship Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with existing clients to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  
• Develop new business opportunities through direct sales efforts, field sales visits, and referrals.
  
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase insurance products' features and benefits.
  
• Meet or exceed monthly targets for policy issuance, premium collection, and customer acquisition.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., underwriting) to resolve client issues and improve overall service delivery.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-6 years of experience in B2C Sales, Direct Sales, Field Sales, General Insurance, Health Insurance or Insurance Sales.
  
• Strong understanding of general insurance policies and ability to communicate complex concepts effectively.
  
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse groups of people at all levels.
  
• Requirements
  
  - Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline.
  - Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
  - Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  - Tamil communication skills preferred/required for market.
  - Willingness to work in a field-sales environment.
  - Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred/required as per business requirement.
  - Candidates with experience in BFSI, insurance, banking, telecom or direct sales will have an added advantage.
