Relationship Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase sales and retention rates.
• Identify new business opportunities through cross-selling life insurance products to bank customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed monthly targets for sales performance.

Job Requirements :

• 1-4 years of experience in banca, bancassurance, or related field.
• Strong understanding of life insurance products and services.
• Excellent communication skills for building rapport with clients at all levels.
