Relationship Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage relationships with existing clients to identify their financial goals and provide tailored life insurance solutions.
• Develop new business opportunities through cross-selling of banking products and services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of bancassurance operations.
• Monitor client performance and adjust strategies accordingly to achieve sales targets.

Job Requirements :

• 2-6 years of experience in banca, bancassurance, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of life insurance products and industry trends.
• Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with clients.
