Job Description

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales professionals to join our Home Loan Sales team. Candidates with experience in BFSI Sales, Open Market Sales, Field Sales, Home Loans, LAP, or other financial products are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through open market and field sales activities.
• Acquire new customers for Home Loan and related financial products.
• Identify customer requirements and provide suitable loan solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to disbursement.
• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, login, approval, and disbursement.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales and business targets.
• Conduct regular market visits and develop new business opportunities.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• BFSI Sales / Field Sales / Open Market Sales experience preferred.
• Candidates from banking, NBFC, insurance, housing finance, or financial services can apply.
• Freshers with strong sales interest may also be considered.
• Good communication, customer-handling, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to work in a field sales and target-oriented environment.
