Job Responsibilities:

• Generate new customers through field visits, leads, references, and direct sales.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable life insurance products.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Cross-sell and upsell insurance products to existing customers.
• Complete customer documentation and ensure proper policy processing.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with customers for renewals and servicing.

Candidate Profile:

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Comfortable with field sales and customer meetings.
• Target-oriented and willing to work in sales.
• Knowledge of the local language is preferred/required depending on location.
