Relationship Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Prospecting & Conversion: Contact prospective customers via telephone to generate interest and convert suspect leads into Business loan prospects.
• Needs Analysis & Product Education: Analyze customer needs, explain business loan products, interest rates, and eligibility criteria, and handle objections.
• Target Achievement: Achieve monthly sales targets for Business loans and cross-sell insurance products.
• Lead Management: Maintain regular follow-ups with potential clients until the loan is processed or disbursed.
• Record Keeping: Accurately log interaction details in the system to enable seamless follow-ups.
• Relationship Management: Coordinate with field sales officers to facilitate the loan closure process.

Age: 18 -34 Max

Salary: 15K - 30K

Qualification: Graduation
