Relationship Manager

Department: Monetization Permissions
Location: Bangalore – Work from Office
Experience: 1–4 Years
Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with RWAs, Apartment Associations, and Society Office Bearers to obtain permissions for brand activation campaigns.
• Explain campaign details, commercials, and execution plans.
• Build good relationships and regularly follow up until approvals are received.
• Handle objections and negotiate to secure approvals.
• Maintain approval details, Society POC details, and documentation in CRM.
• Coordinate with Business, Operations, and Execution teams for smooth campaign execution.
• Achieve daily calling, follow-up, and approval targets.

Requirements:

• Graduate or Post Graduate.
• 0–4 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, Customer Retention, Relationship Management, Client Servicing, or Customer Delight.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, objection handling, and relationship-building skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
